Our Commitment to Online Security
Your personal information is treated with the greatest of care. Sensitive
payment information such as Credit Card details are NEVER stored by us or in our
system.
Once you type your information in, it is encrypted and sent directly to our
secure order processing system PAYGATE. We employ encryption technology in all
areas of the site which require you to provide payment information. This is done
using a Thawte EV SSL certificate to protect you from the unauthorized use of
the information you are sending to our server over the Internet.
Physical, electronic and managerial procedures have been employed to safeguard
the security and integrity of personal information.
E-mail Subscription
All our marketing e-mails contain a link to unsubscribe. You will not receive
marketing e-mails from us again if you unsubscribe. In order to make our e-mails
more relevant and useful to you, our servers may receive a confirmation when you
open e-mail from us.
Spam - Opting In and Opting Out
Our commitment is never to intentionally send spam messages to anyone. We
require a double opt in when you register to ensure that you as a registered
user have agreed to receive messages from us. In the unlikely event that you

We understand that e-mails are an ever present bother – so we will limit our

day on to alert you to the item that is on special for the day.
You will be included in our e-mail mailing list, which includes special offers,
competitions, new product arrivals, alerts and other communications related to
the products we offer. If you subscribe to our newsletters or if you make a
purchase from us or if you have requested that we notify you of the catch of the
day or you missed the opportunity to purchase the catch of the day and have
requested notification of the same or similar products in the future we will
inform you via e-mail or sms if you have requested this service.
You will not be included in any of our mailing lists if you communicate with us
for any other reasons.
Every marketing e-mail we send has an unsubscribe option, which will always be
clear and easy to locate, and will also include your e-mail address that is

We use an outside shipping company to fulfil orders, and a credit card
processing company to bill you for Catch of the Day. These companies do not

If your personally identifiable information changes, or if you no longer desire
